Bipin industries’ manufacturing unit is located in the GIDC Estate, Vatva, Ahmedabad, one of Gujarat, India’s most developed industrial zones. We are having valid consent to manufacture Dyes & Intermediates from the concerned authority of India i.e.CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) & GPCB (Gujarat Pollution Control Board). We have the consent & permission to manufacturing 446 MT/Month of dyes.

All production facility has multi-functional machinery set up for producing high-quality dyes. Our in-house production facilities are capable to produce “ME”, “HE”, “P&H” & “VS” series of Reactive Dyes. An increase in production capacity is estimated by 100% due to recent expansion at the manufacturing location.

The production plant is spread across 36,500 sq. ft with a production capacity of 500 tonnes/month (in powder form) to produce Reactive dyes, Acid Dyes and Dye Intermediates.

We have taken strict measures for the effluent treatment by taking the environment into consideration. We are a member of 2 Institutes where we can give 10,000 litres/Day of high COD effluent for incineration. We are a member of Green Environment Co. Soc., Vatva with the permission for a 65000 ltr/day outlet of Effluent water. Also solid waste generated in our plant is disposed only to the government-approved land filling sites. PACKING In-house packing of international packaging in boxes (25kg) and Jumbo bags of 25kg and 500kg.
